Sharing vendors/customer among companies

Hi,

Can we share vendors or customer from one company to another in Business central? 

If Yes, Some info please.

    In an automated way or just in general? The latter answer is yes. Simple way would be using configuration packages.

    For automated you could look on AppSource as there are apps designed to do this. If you need a cheap and cheerful option check out power automate. Not done a blog about it yet but in essence you have a main company where you create the “master data” and that company sends it to others. I’ve done this using a combination of the business central triggers for insert or modifying data. Then used the HTTP connector to post or patch changes to the other companies in the equation.
