Hi,
I'm doing an upgrade for a customer using the India localization from NAV 2013 R2 ->NAV 2018 -> BC14 -> BC25 -> BC26
I downloaded BC14 CU 52 IN from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/cumulative-update-52-for-microsoft-dynamics-365-business-central-april-19-on-premises-application-build-14-53-50097-platform-build-14-0-50094-636cd595-0838-48da-bd44-00ecdc3bf87e

When I opened the BC 14 Demo database in the NAV 2019 Development Environment I noticed the GST objects (16000 Range) and TDS objects where not part of the Demo database?
I need to Import the India localization objects into my Database to complete the upgrade, where can I find them?
I checked the Download DVD folder under APPLICATION "Dynamics.365.BC.50097.IN.CUObjects" and the Upgrade Toolkit, but with no luck for the India Objects.

Also might it be possible that the objects are only visible for a India developers license, currently I'm using a BC14 W1 developer license.

Adding to below just quick tip don't proceed to BC15+ until India localization objects are present and compiled in BC14 — they are needed for upgrade tooling/scripts to apply correctly. Always compile and resolve any missing dependencies in BC14 before moving to AL/conversion.

I had the upgrade steps wrong.
Turns out BC14 does not have an India Localization fob file, because its not needed.
The link suggested in the comments with the Upgrade steps created by Saurav Dhyani showed that the India Upgrade Toolkit transfers the India Tax data to the Upgrade Tables and in BC 14 after all dependencies are installed You need to do a Transfer Data.
