Trying to setup customer communication on the reminder setup page. I get the below error.

'0' is not a valid language code. You must specify a locale identifier (LCID) or code in the format of language-country/region, such as en-US, de-DE, or da-DK.

Page Reminder Term Communication has to close.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Are you able to provide a screenshot of this?  Are you getting this when you to one of the levels to enter the text?

    Thanks,
    Shauna

It sounds like the problem is taking place on the Reminder Term Communication page.

I can see the Language Code field when I use Business Central Online, on the On-Premises version, I am unable to find this page, but I see Language Code in the Reminder Page.
If you can see this page, what do you see on your Language Code field?

It sounds like to me like somewhere in your pages, this field validation requires to have values as de-DE, en-US, etc.

    Hello,

The error message you're encountering — "'0' is not a valid language code" — typically means that the Language Code field in the reminder setup or customer card is either empty or incorrectly set.

    To resolve this:

    1. Go to the Customer Card for the customer you're testing with.
    2. Check the Language Code field — make sure it's set to a valid code like en-US, de-DE, or another supported locale.
    3. Also, verify the Reminder Terms and Reminder Setup pages to ensure no default language is set to 0 or left blank.

Once corrected, the reminder communication should work without triggering the error.

Let me know if this helps!
