GP2013 R2 System Database update issue

I have never had an Upgrade Fail me on the systems update....basically on 12.00.1570 atm updating to R2 on my Dev server.

Any ideas? All the activity tables etc are clear of any locks

    I un-installed GP and re-installed and now the upgrade works.
