Workflow email dynamics values not always populating

Good morning

I've been attempting to create an workflow that sends emails are various points, however when I do so some Dynamic Values don't always work.

In the below screenshot the highlighted values, and code are the same, and added the same way. However they've worked on one line, and not on another.

Am I doing something wrong?

Regards

Can you send a screenshot of how this looks in the workflow?

When I have experienced these types of issues before, I have gone back to the workflow and updated all of the Dynamic values to re-build. Then save and re-activate the workflow. This usually resolves any odd issues. Check there is only one task in your workflow, if there is more than one maybe one was created correctly and another was copied (not inserted through Dynamic values). Rebuilding the tasks would help to find these issues.

    Hi Kylie

    Thanks for looking at this.

I found out some time back that you can't copy and paste the dynamic values and I've added them a few times without success.

The two individual lines were put in there as a test case and won't be in the final email (unless we can't fix the proper sentence).

    Cheers

    Hi,

you can try to reset the dynamic values using IE. very often I enocuntered this issue when i am using other browsers instead of IE. Let's see if this make a change at your side.

Futhurmore, try to avoid moving the dynamics value, pre select the area you want to display this message.

    Hi

Thanks for this; it seems a bit odd but there you go.

I also found that I'm able to copy and paste dynamics values successfully while using IE.

As Jonathan said, I stopped the DIXF service first and then started AOS service and it started successfully.

After AOS was up, I then started DIXF service.
