Hi All,

I am using CRM Online and trying to add a filter to my dashboard. Such as a date range "From" "To". Is it possible ?

Thanks,

Imti

    Hi Imti,

You will have to add the filter to the view.

Thank you for the reply Surmeet. Where do I find the view for my dashboard ?

    Hi Imit,

The view on your dashboard is set by whichever view you choose to display on your dashboard.

Firstly, is the date field one of the columns in your current view? If yes, you can do a drilldown on the data straight away

If not, just create a view in the entity "select records that have date from...to....", then just select this view when configuring your dashboard.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Imti,

I think in the Dashboard their might be a chart or list in which you want to set the filter. IF you can provide screenshot where you want, it will help in quick resolution to your problem.

    RE: Dashboard Filter

End user could create personal view, and select that view in a personal dashboard. If the date range constantly changes, this way allows for more flexibility instead of admin having to customize a default system dashboard, system view
