"From" field while setting properties to create a mail in Processes is disabled

Hi, 

I have created a sample processes setting the Primary entity to Account and i have added a step i.e create record and the entity is Email, so when i set the properties button the "From" field is disabled.

how to Enable the "From" Field Here...?

    Hi,

    I found the answer, The "From" field in email entity is disabled...i have enabled it again.

    Now it is working fine.

    Also i would like to share one point i.e. For Example if Email entity have 3 forms then the last opened form will be loaded again if you try to create a new record for Email entity.

    So here in the above problem a wrong form is loading when i try to create a mail in Processes
