Adding / Removing bulk users to TEAM D365

Hi Partners,

Does anyone have an answer to this? A new Team got created within an environment, and I am to remove the existing teams and add this new team to about 700 USERS.

I can use the XRM toolbox called BULK SECURITY PATCHER to add users in bulk; however, it does not remove existing teams assigned to users.

Does anyone know a better way of doing this? Having to remove almost four teams for 700 users manually will be time-consuming.

    Hi partner,

    If you are in the UCI, you can select multiple users from user sub-grid in the team form and remove them.

    User and Team entities have an N:N relationship:

    If one team has been added to the user, the user has been added to team at the same time.

    So you can go Advances Find and search ‘Team’ result to open the team form you want.

    Now you can select multiple users in the sub-grid and remove them.

    Once these users have been removed from the team, the team has removed from these users.
