ISSUE: Upon accessing the BC instance through RDS there are no issues but when accessed through the RDP server is the rendering incomplete.
Also, for some reason on the RDP is there a watermark to activate the windows which is unexpected as well.
Both servers are pointing to the same instance , meaning is something wrong on RDP server
DETAILS:
RDP server name - MVWEB01
Watermark says - "Activate Windows Go to Settings to activate Windows"

This is a known issue. It is related to Chrome and Edge. MS is in process to apply hotfix. See below. it is possible your RDS and RDP have different versions of Chrome or Edge.
