Hi,
I have a requirement to display an image on load before record creation.
This is through the Portal on creation of a new case.
Any ideas how I go about this?

Hi ,
As per my understanding you have to show popup on load of page with image on form type as 'CREATE'. I thing you can use jquery to show image in popup window.

Add check condition on a mandatory field like create on and add image on the page using javascript (add a spacer to the form to make use of control to display image)
