Hello Experts,I have two entities account and revenue.Revenue has two fields year and revenue value.
In account i have a rollup field which calucates sum based on the year value.The rule runs on current year and last year.
Currently the year is hardcoded for comparison for e.g if year value = 2017then sum.
I want to make the "2017" value to be dynamic which takes current system year.
Please take a look at the attached photo for clarification.
I thought of storing current year in a field by using workflow.There are million of records for revenue and running workflow to populate this value wont be feasible.
Anyone has ideas?

Not sure on impact however might be helpful.
I use msdyncrmWorkflowTools (1.0.40.0):Rollup Functions where I have a fetchxml argument.
It can be run nightly by AsynchronousBatchProcess Asynchronous Batch Process 2.0.0.0 Yaniv Arditi.
i have huge existing data set. IF i run custom workflow and update fields in bulk will that take forever?
