Process manager - SoPlan error (URGENT PLEASE)

Hi, Process manager crashes with the following error "Another process has already added the soplan item." I found a Microsoft article with a Hotfix for this issue, being that SoPlan.planref value reaches 99999. I can confirm this. I am hesitant to install this hot fix. Is anyone familiar with it? If I delete all the records in SoPlan table, it starts working again. Is this safe to do? Any help is appreciated.

Note: Running Integrity Check to Rebuild Inventory Plan does not work.

    Received same error.  Found that the InvtID for the SiteID on one PlanType had a duplicated record with null values in the SOPlan table (DisplaySeq = blank, Qty = 0).  Deleted duplicated record with null values and restarted Process Manager - all is well.
