Dispatch board of service management module - upper part is data not getting updated

Workers are displayed in board & Activities are also reflecting in lower part but not reflecting same in upper part. Is there any step to reflect lower part data in upper part.

Activities are assigned to workers but still not reflecting in upper part. Also tried to drag activities but it is also not working.

    Hi Charlotte,

    Thanks for your response, but same calendar is already assigned to worker as well as Service management parameters.

    Activity type is also assigned in service orders & service management parameters. But still data is not getting reflected in dispatch dashboard.

    Is there any other step pending?
