Complete our D365 eCommerce online store implementation

We are trying to stand up our CSU and receive the following error:

On step 8 of 9, the error is Deployment has failed with the following error: "The Headquarters is not responding to Headquarters health check calls.  Make sure the Headquarters is up and running and not in maintenance mode.
We clicked the Headquarters link on the page and it does appear that overall app is running.
Any assistance is appreciated.  We have been dealing with this implementation for almost two weeks!  Thank you.

    Hi DonBowden1,

    Assuming that the environment is not in Maintenance mode, this issue could be related with missing RetailServiceAccount user D365FnO (commerce HQ) or with a missing security Roles for this user.

    So, please confirm that the user exists, and compare the Security roles with other environment (like CHE, etc..) if not please create a support ticket and we will recreate the user in the database for you.

    Hi Diogo. Thank you for your help.

    As you can see there is no "RetailServiceAccount" user in F&O.  We have not been able to access the full menu of Commerce HQ.  

    I get an error when creating the support ticket, even though I have global administrator rights.

    I also checked Azure Active Directory and didn't see the RetailAccountUser listed there either.

    Thank you very much.  I told my team I would get this working so I could use all the help I can get.

    Note, this is a completely new instance of Commerce and F&O with no data entered or uploaded, so scratching it and starting over is certainly an option.

    Hi Diogo.  I wanted to update you on this issue.  Our partner redeployed and everything regarding this issue is addressed.  We may close this thread.
