Delete a Purchase Order

Hello,
My issue is I am unable to delete a PO. I can't delete any lines or the tracking lines. I just want to get rid of this PO but for some reason I can't delete it.
Below are screen shots of the message when I try deleting the PO and or the line/ Tracking lines.
I also can't change the quantities. i get an error ever if I change the quantity.
Anyone know how I can delete this PO.

    Delete a Purchase Order
    Hi, if the inventory period has been closed and cannot be Undo, you can invoice this line first, and then modify the order quantity to the received quantity, so that the order can be deleted.

    Direct Deletion of a PO is not allowed in the system as you have already have received some quantity.
     
    Totally agreeing with the solution by Valentin.

    Delete a Purchase Order
    You can't delete the line on your Purchase Order because its saying the 2nd line has been received. You have a quantity of 1 and you received it into inventory. You have to undo the receipt first, and then you'll be able to delete the Purchase Order:
     
    1. In your Purchase Order click on Order -> Receipts
     
     
    2. In the Posted Purchase Receipts Page that opens you should have one receipt, open it
     
     
    3. In the Posted Purchase Receipt that opens, select your items that's been received and click on Functions -> Undo Receipt
     
     
    4. Go back to the Purchase Order and delete it
