Business Central Integration is creating blank contacts instead of importing from CRM

Hi All,

We recently set up a new Job Queue in Business Central and when we have reached the correct parameters for the customer to be created in Business Central from CRM, Business Central is then creating a blank Contact for 'Person' instead of pulling the primary contact from the CRM? Any ideas?
