Accessing a Business Central tenant from a second tenant

Hi,
We are preparing a large project with 300+ users. During the project we will install Business Central on a separate tenant.
Is there a way to setup access from the customer's /normal/ tenant where the keep their Entra, Office, Outlook, Teams etc? We would like to avoid having separate users for the extra project tenant.

Thanks

you could assign essential bc license to a guest user or premium license. however, you might not be able to send notifications to a guest user cause their authentication email is not the same as their original email. It's something like guestuser_guestdomain.com#EXT#@mydomain.com. so they won't be able to receive notification email in cases including workflow request approval etc.

Hi, after adding Guset User, you can use the following method to assign a normal BC license. Strictly speaking, this is not an external accountant user.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

    Thanks ZHU!
User the guest user addition would then make it possible to setup a user with the external accountant license type. Is there any way to apply an Essential or Premium license to a guest user?

It is possible to add external users, but this may cause problems when using Office 365 integration features because it will point to the current user's tenant.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
