Business Management Error the user id associated with the current record is not valid

Hi All,

 I am a CRM developer. And I need help with this problem.

Our CRM server have a fail update to windows 2008 SP2 and end up rolling back to a earlier backup.

This morning I am trying to recover CRM services on this server.

Everything work fines (SQL DB, reports) except user can not log in to the system.

I have difficult to start Asynchronous process earlier but it is started now.

Some how user still unable to login.

Any help or direction will be appreciate :)

    Hi Vincent,

    Make sure you have given a security role and a full license to the user. Just adding the user to MS CRM will not give him privelidge to use MS CRM.

    Vincent,

    The User needs to be added to Server before he can be added as a CRM user.

    This problem occurs because the ODBC connection on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 server connects to the wrong instance of Microsoft SQL Server.
