Hi:
For many years, it has been possible to configure Outlook to send you a read receipt to acknowledge that the person that you sent an e-mail to has opened that e-mail.
Can this same functionality be in place in Business Central, so that a Business Central user knows that a customer has opened an e-mail containing an invoice sent from Business Central?
I realize that you can accommodate this feature in Outlook's Contact Insights. I'm just wondering if this is, also, available directly in Business Central.
Thanks!
John
This is suggested as an idea for Microsoft so you can go and vote for it here:
Hi, As far as I know there is no such feature in the standard.
Maybe Graph API can do it, you can look into it.

Hi,
Not tried it before, may be you can achieve it by Power flow but not sure. You have to dig out more.
Thanks.
