Dynamics 365 - Entity Attribute's Custom Tool Tip Truncated at 181 characters

I added a custom tooltip for an attribute which is about 200 characters long. In the form, I see that the first 181 characters are shown as tool tip followed by "...". I couldn't find any documentation which specifies if the default length of the custom tool tip to be shown is 181 or if there is a way to shown all 200 characters. I am thinking this is by design from Microsoft. Does anyone know more information about this?
