Dynamics 365, TO field is being set as RED (Unresolved) in incoming email.

Hello,

I am facing one issue in my Dynamics 365 environment.
For incoming email, the TO field is being set but marked as RED (like it seems unresolved).
I have done some research on this and found that this is happening due to the conflicts of email addresses between the configured email entities, but in our environment, we do not have this type of conflicts exist.
Did some face this issue before? Does anyone have any workaround for this?

Any help would much be appreciated.

Thanks

    Hi partner,

Please set these two options to Yes in your system settings.

    Hi partner,

In default, the To field in email should be a record of contact, account, knowledge article, queues and users.

If you set a text line in it, the value will not be identified.

If you want to send emails to other addresses which not existed in D365, you should go to System Settings and enable "Allow Messages with unresolved email recipients to be sent" as Lu Hao mentioned.

Could you share more details with screenshots about your situation?

    Regards,

    Leo
