Hi:

I know of add-ons that offer this functionality.

But, is there a means out of the box in Business Central for line items in a Sales Order to be color-coded red, yellow, or green if quantity is low (or high) in stock?

Sorry, nothing like that out of the box. It will require customization.

And the types of colors are limited.
