Images under special tab for an item will not appear

Hello

When adding an image from a network drive for an item under the special tab it does not display but does appear that the picture is there because the Picture button for that item becomes active.

When uploading the image from the local machine the image appears as it should.

Any suggestions appreciated.

    Did you have a chance to look into Jeff's suggestion?

    If so, please provide us with an update.

    If it resolved the issue will you also verify Jeff's solution.

    Sounds like you have not setup RMS to look at the network drives for its pics.

    SO Admin | File | Configuration | Paths tab | Pictures  point to the network either by its UNC name or IP address
