How can I find all the Posted Sales Invoices that include our item number  61691  ?

    Hi

    From the Posted Invoice list, you cannot apply the filter you would like on the No. items.

    However, there is this line page where you can still find the invoice number

    alternatively you should have a report developed that does what you ask for

    Hi, In the latest version BC21:

    More document lines are searchable (Posted and non-posted document lines): https://yzhums.com/29773/

    For previous versions, you can open the table from Page Inspection to query the data inside.

    Or you can find the invoice number in Value Entries, but you need to pay attention to the invoices that may contain Item Charge, which needs to be distinguished.
