CRM 2013 : Check on create if it's a forward email

Hi,

I need to check in the CRM plugin (at pre or post create email step) if my email activity is a reply or a forward (I want to do something if it's forward).

Is there a solution to do that ?

I already searched but didn't found anything about this.

Thank you in advance.

Cordially.

I don't think there are any flags to indicate this.

You could try checking the subject line because in outlook it usually adds

    for forward

    FW:

    for reply

    RE:

I have looked at the fields for the email entity in CRM, I can't see anything.  I know there is a direction, maybe this would help you.

The other thing you could do is check related emails to work out if its a reply or forward.

    Good luck
