Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

E-mail tracking Pane in Outlook 2010

Hi,

We have CRM 2011 with UR 18, a few users are able to see CRM Email tracking pane at the bottom of the outlook while some aren't,

The mails are getting tracked but the MS CRM pane is missing.

    Two things that each user can try (please note you may have to close Outlook to complete some of these tasks:

    1. Go to Start > All Programs > Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 > Diagnostics

    2. Select the 'Advanced Troubleshooting' tab

    3. Click the 'Enable' button at the bottom then 'Save' and close

    or

    1. In the bottom of the nav pane you might a set of smaller icons (perhaps 'sticky notes' or 'tasks') and to the far right of these a small grey drop down arrow. Selecting this allows you to order the function options visible in Outlook - check this hasn't somehow reordered the CRM option out of view.

    Finally I would suggest just trying to delete the link and reconnect to the CRM server:

    via Start > All Programs > Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 > Configuration Wizard

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response. I uninstalled one of the software's 'Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interloop Assemblies' and now it works fine.
