Very interesting question, I did a simple test, I hope it can give you some help.

Dynamics 365 Business Central: Limit the choices for language selection (page 9204 “User Settings”)

    Hi Dynamics BC Marin,

Do you use on-premises or cloud? The Windows Language table has a Scope property set to Cloud, which means it cannot be modified in an on-premises environment, regarding the code screenshot above, is it your custom code or the system's code?

    Regards

    Hi Dynamics BC Marin,

The table and page are available for language, (page 9 Languages) and (table 8 Language) you can modification here,

But in the dialog page "My Settings" where you are setting the language in the above screenshot, is using the code unit which is getting run modal look up from page 535 "Windows Languages" and that page is not extensible..

hope it gives you an idea like where to do modifications using al code

    Regards
