Hello all,
 
when am trying to post the purchase credit memo am getting this error message /Positive must be equal to 'No' in Vendor Ledger Entry: Entry No.=191359. Current value is 'Yes'./
 
how can we fix it. what will be the issue

    in vendor led entry i found the entry. but can we change the positive value to no.  even i cant find the field in the entry also but while filtering its coming .

    The previous answer seems to be AI generated... logicial, but not possible :)

    The error states that You are trying to apply a positive entry to a positive entry.... like invoice with invoice, but invoice can be applied only with payment/credit memo which are the opposite.
     
    Please re-check the entry You are applying and the Credit Memo amount... You don't need to indicate negative quantity or negative amount in credit memo - as the document itself already posts values as negative.
