How do i find the base FRx 6.7 install file to download? All I can find are SPs?

Service Pack 9 (6.7.9111) is the most recent full install. Please install Service Pack 9 and then upgrade to the latest version of FRx SP 12.

Thanks. How would I find the base install though? All I can find is the SPs.
