Docker transaction log is full

Hi All,

Since today I got this message in Visual Studio Code linked to Business Central Docker container.

The transaction log for database ‘mydatabase’ is full due to ‘LOG_BACKUP’.

How can I delete or shrink the transaction log within a container?
