Good Afternoon,
We have a client on Solomon 6.5. They just installed a new company. They are using AP. When they try to run checks and click on the Check Preview it comes up with a square box with OK in it. There is not an error and no error number.
What I do know is that they rolled the 1099 year instead of the fiscal year. They did correct this and I am not sure if this would have anything to do with it or not.
Any insight?
