Questions re: Supplier Communications Agent Setup

Hello,

I've been trying to get the Supplier Communications set up for our company for the last 2 weeks, however we keep running into hurdles.

All the Prerequisites are set
The Agent Identity has been set and assigned the appropriate license (D365 SCM)
All the connections have been created with the agent identity user, all the appropriate security roles (dataverse and supply chain management) have been set.

As an environment administrator user, the app does not appear in our apps list on Power Apps.
We also tried finding the setup app in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, as seen in the video instructions timestamp 14:00-15:00, also not there.
We tried the PowerShell approach (ps1 script), all our variables were correct and we would consistently run into errors.

Wondering if anyone has been stuck on the activation of triggering Power Automate flows portion, and what solutions you found.
