Free up storage space: Table "Incident Base"

Hello,

I am currently working on reducing our storage capacity and one of our top 10 storage cause tables is the "Incident Base".

This currently occupies ~9 GB in our production environment.

Does anyone have experience with this table and can answer the following:

  1. when is this table filled? I assume that each case generates an entry?
  2. how can this table be reduced? Unfortunately, we cannot simply delete old cases due to legislation.

    Hi,

    Your understanding is correct. it store case records and as you said you cannot delete the records then you have to add additional storage to your tenant.
