FRX Reporting Engine 8900 Direct Link Error

I facing this error when I generate my FRX report with AA.

my FRx SP version is 6.7.12008

OS : window 7 or window server 2008 R2 (64 bit)

my GP running is GP2010

any idea how to solved this? 

I had tried run frxreg and frxreg67 still same. even I registered my fsaa80.dll still same problem.

anyone can help?

    I face this problem when use 'sa' and 'userID'
