CRM 2011 report schedule wizard fails with error

Hi All,

We are facing wierd issue when we try to schedule report snapshot, we are getting error below:

After some research I found that "Microsoft Dynamics CRM services and application pool identity accounts must not be configured as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM user", wherein our case we have one service account which is CRM AppPool identity and CRM services account and is CRM user as well. I doubt that this is causing the error. 

To check we tried disabling user from CRM but after that it was not allowing anyone to see contents of CRM page. So we reverted it back.

Anyone have some workaround on this situation. I cannot disable that user.

    Enable trace on the server and re-produce the error that may provide more information of the error. Did you guys change the reporting server of the crm recently ? if so even that may cause this issue because the report may not exists in the new reporting server to schedule a report.
