There aren't any posted shipment line items to Invoice

Hi There,

Trying to Inveoice the receipt and gives me an error "There aren't any posted shipment line items to Invoice". When I check the PO and I see all the posted shipments for this PO yet it throws this error message, any suggestions.

    I assume you are using the PO Enter/Match invoice function.  If the PO is closed, you will get this message.  POs need to be invoiced before closing.  In V2013, there is an option to warn users when they are closing a PO that is not invoiced.

    No The PO is not Closed, the status of the PO is Received, I can see the receipt in the inquiry screen also.

    Is there a purchase price on the items on the PO and receipt?

    yes it does have a Unit Cost on the PO and the receipt

    ok this is resolved, while Invoicing GP crashed and it updated the QTYMATCH and QTYINVCD to the quantities that were supposed to be invoiced in the POP10500 table. I updated these 2 columns with 0 and it showed back the PO to Invoice.
