Finance Charge Memo Mass Email

Hello,

Typically, when we want to email multiple documents at once, we configure the Document Layout section for a customer or vendor. However, Finance Charge Memos are not included in the document usage for a customer’s Document Layout.

Has anyone had experience with mass emailing Finance Charge Memos?

If possible, we would prefer not to use reminders.

    Hello,
    Business Central does not support mass emailing Finance Charge Memos out of the box because they are not included in Document Layout / Document Usage, unlike invoices or credit memos. The only standard bulk emailing option Microsoft provides is Reminders. If reminders are not acceptable, the remaining options are custom development (custom report + emailing logic) or using an external tool—there’s no standard setup to enable this today.

    Hi, This isn't available in Report Selection - Sales either; currently, only customization can achieve this.
    Alternatively, you could submit this idea to Microsoft.
