Hi,

Within the organisation we have a department who currently sends out word, pdf's that are required to be downloaded for these to be completed and then uploaded and sent back to them.

They are requesting these to be digitised, using MS Forms. These Forms will be sent to external users who may a medical issues, so the information is private and confidential.

The question is how can the Forms be sent out and the department be confident these are being sent to the correct person and being completed by them.

I understand that a one time link, code can be sent to the email address we have on file but is this something that can be achieved in Dynamics.

As anyone tried this or are actually uses a concept like this??

Could you please let us know which product you are using and specifiy which form you want to share with external users?

Hi Chris,

Can you tell us what Dynamics 365 application this question is related to? There are several different solutions in the Dynamics 365 family, like: Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations, and Customer Insights.

Regardless of the product, can you share how you intend to share the forms? Will this be by email? Is it always the same form? When a user completes the form, what process automation will you have in place and how do you know where to store the outcome of the form?

Have you considered creating a portal (e.g. Power Pages) where the user can login and securely complete an assessment based on data sources using Dataverse tables or virtual tables?

Hi,

The Dynamics 365 suite that is being considered is Customer Insight (Marketing).

The organisation is in the Healthcare sector. Dealing with potential mental illness.

There could be a number of Forms being sent out to the patient, GP or carers asking different questions to assess the treatment that would be best prescribed.

Currently Word and PDF documents are sent out. The request is to automate this process and make it easier to reply to the questions.

As sensitive information may be disclosed, we need to ensure this is sent with confidents that this is kept to a need to know bases, and any further forms sent and received is record for the same person...
