How to block an item from sales for specific customers?

Hello,

I would like to block a list of items (grouped in the same item discount group) from sales for specific customer (grouped in a the same customer discount group)

Do we have a solution ? or is their another way to do it?

    Hi, unfortunately, as far as I know standard features cannot be done in NAV 2018, this requires customization.

    In BC, Microsoft has added the functions of Sale Blocked and Purchase Blocked, but this cannot be blocked only for special customers.

    Sales Blocked You cannot enter the item in a sales document or in a sales item journal.

    Even though there are no standard function covering the functionality you are looking for you can of course write custom code to handle this.

    You can also register it as a product idea for Microsoft to review
