I am working on trying to create a Sales Order Credit Limit Approval Workflow in Microsoft Business Central however I am getting an error message that states" You cannot use Sales Header: S-ORDER116908 for this action. The restriction was imposed by the 10/2/2024 CL WKFLOW workflow, Sales Order Credit Limit Approval Workflow."
There is two of us who I want to have "unlimited approval" which you see below"
There is two of us who do not have ANY approvals as they are Customer Customer Reps who are placing the Sales Orders
I thought by putting the two of us that have "unlimited approval" in the workflow user group with a sequence # 1 would allow for any one of us to approve at any time as I set myself up as his "delegate" when he needs to delegate workflows to me.
Can you please assist in troubleshooting what I maybe doing wrong here?
