Hi,
I have created a process workflow but does not seem to be posting to the posts activit tab.
What am I missing?
The following Process as been configured:
Record field change is triggered on Status Reason:
The Create Post properties are as follows:
This is all saved, activated and published.
When I make a change in the case for Status reason, there is no post on the timeline in Cases.
Additional information:
- Incident/ Case has been active in Post configurations
Any help is greatly appreciated
