
Hello. I recently started work where we are using Microsoft RMS in our retail stores. I work in the Development field and need to a copy of our shoppers address to send acknowledgement letter. However, I don't know where to look for this information and how to look for it or to access it. Can someone with support experience please help me? I should mention that I have zero RMS experience.

I have the same question (0)RMS HQ and store databases have a table called "Customers". Data in this table is only as good as the data entered at the store (POS or backoffice).
You can run canned RMS reports from the reports menu (no address in the canned RMS reports, but you can customize the report to include any column in the table) or run SQL on the tables to get what was entered in your system. (Run SQL queries from HQ Administrator.)
