Transaction date on imported bank statement

Hi,

I created the format for importing the bank statement using Data Exchange Definitions. It generally works to import the bank statement using csv file. However, no matter what I do, the date comes in as January of 2021. The actual date is recognized but the month is not.

Has anybody seeing that issue before?

The actual data looks like that:

I was having this same issue.  Our company opened a second checking account in October, so I had to create the bank statement import template.  I followed the existing template, tweaking it as needed to work with the csv file was I able to get from the new bank.  It was working fine until I got to February of a new year.  No matter what I did the date kept pulling in as January.  I check everything people suggested and everything looked fine.  I then compared the old template with my new template and the only thing I could see different was the format on the old bank account template was M/d/yyyy and my new bank account was m/d/yyyy.  I made that minor change from a small 'm" to a capital "M" in my date format and that fixed the problem.

Andy - this looks like it would work when you have 3/1/2022 but what happens when the file has 3/11/2022?  Or when you go into 2 digit months - how does this format work?  I am troubleshooting the same issue and I have MM/dd/yyyy and I am getting the same error

Thank you all, it appeared that the date format is case sensitive: MM/dd/yyyy. Who would've thought?!

    Oleg,

Make sure the Date, Data Type for format is set correctly, below. as for the field mapping, you are pointing the Date to Field ID 5, Transaction Date, yes?

Can you try changing the date format to M/d/yyyy?
