Error after trying to add the Professional Services Tools Library window (GP 2010 SP1)

After installing the Professional Services Tools Library using the Dynamics GP installer, and following the instructions on how to add the shortcut to the window in Dynamics GP I receive the error "You cannot install an older version of Back Office Service Tools" when I click on the newly added shortcut.  I have tried uninstalling an re-installing several times to no avail.  I even followed the manual steps outlined in the KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938108

 Any thoughts?

    What build of Dynamics are you running? Have you downloaded the most recent version of the PSTL tools?

    Did you have the tools installed before?
