We are on CRM 2015 on prem. And I cannot find where to go to see the data storage usage for our org. I go to Settings > Administration and here is what I see:

    Hi,

You can get the data usage directly from SQL Server.

    Check this-

    dynamicscrmcoe.com/quick-and-in-depth-analysis-crm-using-disk-usage-table-report

    Hope this helps.

Is there really no way to get this from Admin settings?

For online you can check the storage consumed from 0365 admin . For on premise you need to check your sql server only. You can follow Mr.ravi suggested link to check . In addition just try to install the organization-insights-solution and see does it works.follow the below link
