Workflow with birthday as dateTime

Hello

I would like to send un email to User when it is the Contact's birthday. I have created a worklow to do that with:

condition: if Contact:birthday equal [Contact:birhtaday]

Then send an email.

I receive an email the day after of the burthday Date.

What I whould modifief

    would you mind posting the screenshot of the condition.

    ideally i dont recommend running waiting condition workflows which are lying for months and years , hence you can have a look on the below :

    The workflow does not run. No sent email and Nothing is waiting with a birthday's Contact today for ex.

    What I should change in this workflow.

    Another way to schedule emails in crm is using microsoft flows. Following link may help you:

    Hello,

    How does it work: a birthday date is always a past value. Whatever a condition or a Timeout in the workflow, the birthday date is never equal date of today for ex.

    Hi Duhot ,

    Seems you need to change the behavior of the birth day filed . You need to go to birth day field and change the behavior and  of the date filed with date only instead of datetime.
