CRM Application Pool Issue

Hello,

Last week I had a problem with CRMApppool. Actually the pool was automatically stopped in the IIS. Then I changed the CRMApppool Advanced property such as preonload = false. now its working fine. if I changed the property True instead of false again I faced same problem.

Kindly anybody suggest, Why this issue is happening and what is the reason ?

Did you notice anything on event viewer logs on your server?

Hi,

Make CRMApppool start mode = Always running:

CRMApppool ->Advanced Settings -> Start Mode -> Always Running.

Then make Preload Enable = True. and restart your IIS :)

but i make Preload Enable = True , poll is stopped. if i make false , its working fine.

Hi Kannan,

You have to make sure that app pool is set to a service account, the main reason you use a service account is because you don’t need to reset the password every 60 days.

preOnload = true is not working for me neither.

Has anybody found a workaround or explanation why it's not working?
