Create a favorite for the SmartList you want to add.
1. Display your home page.
2. Click the Customize this page link at the top of the content pane to open the Customize Home Page window.
3. Mark the My Reports option to display the My Reports area on your home page.
4. Choose OK to save your changes and close the Customize Home Page window.
5. Click the Add reports link in the My Reports area of your home page to open the Add Reports window.
6. Select a method for adding reports to your My Reports list.
7. Select the manual option
8. Find the SmartList favorite you created above.
The steps were copied right out of the GP 10 user guide.
What may be stopping you is you may not see the Add Reports text in the My Reports section. I didn't either at first.
You may need to click the up arrow or down arrow to refresh the My Reports section of your home page to get the text to appear. Weird.

I have just added the desired Smartlists to My Reports listed in the order that suits me. I find that when I log back onto GP after the initial list setup, say the next day, the Smartlists are not in the order that I desire. eg. I had Open Orders, Open Invoices, Posted Invoices, Stock on Hand, Open PO's. Now I have, and will continue to have, Open Orders, Open Invoices, Open PO's, Stock on Hand, Posted Invoices. GP will keep the list in this order until I modify it.
By the way, is there an easy way to modify the order of lsiting of the reports in GP? I have had to remove all reports and then add them one by one in the order thatr I like. Very time consuming indeed.
I use GP 10.00.1193, Dexterity 10.0.320.0, SmartList 10.00.1165, SQL Database
GP seems to have an order it likes and it keeps that order no matter how many times you log in.
