Azure Active Directory Application Card - Can't grant consent

I am trying to setup Business Central (Online) for API calls to connect with a platform called Celigo. I have followed instructions found at: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/administration/automation-apis-using-s2s-authentication#task-2-set-up-the-azure-ad-application-in-
I reach the part to "Grant consent" and it gives an error:

Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.
AADSTS500113: No reply address is registered for the application.

The documentation said to leave the URI blank, but based on the error, I tried creating a web URI to https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/ and then the message comes back:
Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.
AADSTS50011: The reply URL specified in the request does not match the reply URLs configured for the application: 'E02FA5EC-07A7-4BD6-98F7-AABEF40B8A48'.

I really hope that there is something simple that I am missing and would appreciate any assistance/guidance anyone has.

Thank you.

    Suresh,

Thank you very much, that redirect was exactly what I needed to get the consent and help me get to the next step. One slight note was that it lists that the path to use is businesscentral.dynamics.com/OAuthLanding.htm. (with the period at the end), I know that is correct to have the period there, but it might be easier if you remove that so people can copy and paste and not pull that in.

I am now getting a message on Celigo's authentication to Business Central/Azure,

"Sorry, but we were not able to successfully authenticate your connection.

{"code":"oauth_statuscode_mismatch","message":"microsoftonline.com returned statusCode 401, while expected status code is 200. Response body = {\"error\":\"invalid_client\",\"error_description\":\"AADSTS7000222: The provided client secret keys are expired. Visit the Azure Portal to create new keys for your app, or consider using certificate credentials for added security: docs.microsoft.com/.../active-directory-certificate-credentials\\r\\nTrace ID:"

Any idea on this as my client secret key is set until 12/31/2299

    Thanks,

    Kevin

    Hello Kevin,

Feel free to raise this to Microsoft via your partner or CSP.

    Thanks.
