Hi All,
I have a payment transaction which has been voided and the voided entries are flown to a blank GL Account with error descripton "Account not found".
I ran checklinks and it did not fix the problem. Does anybody know the transaction table name where in I can update it at the backend?

Thanks Bill. Jo Ruiter from the GPUG group advised me on this. I was able to resolve this from the DB level. But still investigating how did this occur!

To post picture (1) click on Use Rich Text Format (2) click on highlighted Icon and (3) browse to location of where you saved the screen image.
To the best of my understanding you can not paste directly from screen to here - you must save and upload.

Hi Bill,
Kindly find attached screen prints of the payment transaction distribution screen. I tried to correct it at the backend. But I am not able to get into the exact table where this transaction is. I copied a few select statements from Victoria Yudin and got to the tables but I am not able to update the same unless I know the right table to update.

Greetings, so when you look at the Account Distribution in the original state, do you have all the accounts shown?
When you get the error can you copy a clip to this thread as it will help to know which account is missing.
As an aside, you might want to check in the Account Posting setup window to see if you can see the missing account.
Finally if you are using Departments and your original transaction is posted to a department for which all accounts don't exist, this might be why the Account is not Found.
